This is something I hope sticks after all this.
Especially with a field like ours, offices are obsolete. And for people with disabilities/are chronically ill, remote working is essential. It's ridiculous that this hasn't been normalized before now.
It just makes financial sense. Plus it makes the jobs more attractive to a certain kind of developer.

Working from home for more than a month had a huge impact on me. I saved lots of money because I didn't have to commute or eat out for lunch. It also made the physical problems I had disappear (for the time that I worked from home, they returned immediately 2 days before I had to work in the office again). I've been feeling more relaxed, had less stress and overall felt better. I also didn't have the general "prepare and run" feeling when I was at home that I normally get when I have to leave my flat or interact with other people 😅
