Email verification directly in Google Sheets

In January 2020 I relaunched Email Verification Add-on that allows you to check email addresses validity in Google Sheets. 6 months later I released the public version of the new add-on.

What's the usecase of such a tool? 🤔 For me it seems like a perfect tool for all spammers. All legal mail lists are required to do double-opt-in - so you know that this address is able to receive emails.
