Sub-Category for bug reports and feature requests

Atm all bug reports and feature requests are in Webwide Meta & Feedback this bloats the category. It would be better if there would be a sub-category for this kind of stuff.

Watch out with sub-categories. They might make the main category pretty empty. I feel like bug reports are indeed feedback.

For sure they are. But most times they aren't really community discussions. Instead it's only admin/mod & reporter. So they only bloat a real discussion category.
