While this does not use some of the interesting graphics I've seen here and elsewhere, I think its strength lies in offering to the user a link to report the error. The URL of the error is automatically placed in the comment section of the contact form.

This is a 404 page. You're not supposed to find it. But it's a pretty helpful way to tell you that you're lost.
