page width desktop is not 100%

The page has always a right padding/margin to the scrollbar and the blue sticky header jumps during scrolling.

Yes. Now only the active menu entry is jumpy because on top it doesn't display the caret and after scrolling the white sub-menu is out of view and it shows the caret.
Don't know if it has to be fixed, but it feels not good. Jumpy elements always attract attention.
