Live view of my page visitation? Would be the first thing I would block in my router already! I think that's one of the most privacy intrusive scripts I've seen for long.

Primary small businesses would, at least in Germany, die if they use this. Everyone would be scared away and/or sue them.

Not sure why you say that. This is a feature available under paid versions of many of the Apps, including Drift and Intercom.

According to what you say, Google would be the first to be sued. They offer real time view / analytics too.
