Thought, there might be people here interested in this thing we've launched with Lemon.io (platform for hiring vetted freelance devs) to help startups affected by COVID-19, lockdowns and the upcoming recession.

We've found a way to lower the rates for senior devs all the way to $25/hour. To achieve that, we've waived our commission as a marketplace, and also asked our freelancers to lower their rates too.
