It’s like early IE all over again! At least, I hope, this will satisfy people who would instead use some horrible JavaScript scroll jacking to customise their scroll bars.

Would you implement one on your site?

Hypocritically (and reluctantly), I do actually use a JS implementation for simple scrolling on the horizontal scroll sections on hoard.fyi so there’s no default scrollers littering the page. Looking forward to seeing if I can replace that with some of these tricks.

Hmm, those safari examples are mostly nice looking and it's one more thing your site could use to differentiate from others. Though, it has the potential to go very not good. I'm thinking some awful 90s stuff could happen.

That one safari one that should be style-12 looks like it'd be cool on a Star Wars fan page
